When I turned vegan 3 years ago I did lot of research on vegan/plant-based diet. During that time I started follow few inspiring plant-based doctors who create content to spread awareness about plant-based/vegan diet. Here’s the list of the doctors I have been inspired by. Being vegan is like running ethanol gasoline through your car. Sure, it will work, but not as efficiently and you'll need a valve job in a few years. Unless you have some metabolic disorder, the human body needs to consume animal protein as well as veggie carbs to have peak performance. I read where the vegan life span is a few years shorter than those who ingest animal proteins.

This couldnt be written because the socialists believe cow farts are ruining the ozone layer, could it?

Veganism is not the sign of mental illness, please get that straight. I had diabetes type 2 so I tried vegan diet. Since then I have been following it as my physical health improved a lot which I didn’t see happening when I was consuming meat & fish @hippyjoe1955
