There are so many alternatives to meat, dairy, and eggs (the egg and dairy industry also kill and butcher animals when they're no longer profitable) that you'll barely even notice you changed your diet at all. I've been vegetarian since I was 16 (29 now) and completely vegan for about seven years. It's very liberating, and very doable

The animals we eat are by nature prey animals. If we don't eat them they will become much fewer in number and much less healthy. Veganism is a mental disorder and definitely not healthy.
