Family criticized and made fun of me for becoming a vegetarian. [I Am a Vegetarian]

I’ve been a vegetarian for two almost three months. I can’t stand the fact the whole air motor are treated so I decided to become. I have an eight week since February 8. Some of my family made fun of me and say that I’m not gonna last a vegetarian because I’m used to eating meat and I would give in. My dad was unsure about my choice but he respects it and he excepts my choice. My older brother and sister respect my choices doing some of my relatives but most of them are still weirded by it. My family was having fish the other day like when I first became a vegetarian, one of my uncles told me bluntly, “That’s a crappy choice to make. We’re meant to eat meat is part of the food chain! I don’t think you’re made to be a vegetarian. I think you’ll chicken out. Nobody in our family is a vegetarian that we know of, plus fish give you brain food and you need to try it. NOW! I didn’t cook this damn fish for nothing. I’m surprise my dad didn’t tell him but I guess he wanted me to tell him for myself. I didn’t eat the first and he got mad at me. I only had macaroni and cheese, salad, beans, rice and apple pie. One of my cousins says that I am a waste and I’m being stupid for trying to be a vegetarian. They really put me down but I kept it up and I lost weight.
