I Am a Vegetarian

Drinking breast milk from another species and eating chicken periods is gross. Stop it.

What about cereal?
BlueVeins · 22-25
@MarkPaul It's very good with soy milk.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@BlueVeins That's good for your estrogen receptors, if you want the after-effects and it doesn't taste very good.
@MarkPaul And that's false.
@MarkPaul Btw when you drink breast milk, you're literally consuming female hormones. Dairy is feminizing and gives man boobs.
BlueVeins · 22-25
@MarkPaul It tastes amazing and Harvard Health has confirmed that it's safe for the vast majority of men.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples Stop it!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@BlueVeins It's not tasty. Perhaps you have acquired a taste for it. And possibly you want that extra dose of estrogen.
BlueVeins · 22-25
@MarkPaul Soy only has phytoestrogens, which are structurally similar to estrogen, but they're not actually the kind of estrogen that you and I naturally produce. You can only find that in cow's milk.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@BlueVeins Possibly... but as a highly processed food, it's probably not as good for you as you might want to believe. Likewise, cow's milk, in excess is not good. Portion control and moderation is critical. That takes self-discipline though.
BlueVeins · 22-25
@MarkPaul Yeah, I agree. Stay healthy fam. ❤️ Always go for unsweetened when it's there.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@BlueVeins Or, organic real milk.
@MarkPaul still has female hormones
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples It's limited though.
@MarkPaul You shouldn't be consuming any bruh
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples There are no reasonable alternatives.
@MarkPaul You don't need an alternative to female hormones.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples Milk is more than female hormones.
@MarkPaul Yeah it's also cholesterol and pus.

And it's made for calves, not for mentally challenged adult humans.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples It's skim milk and filtered from grass fed cows. The cholesterol is minimal; the pus has been extracted.
@MarkPaul Yeah lets just completely ignore the fact that it was made for a calf, not an adult human, and all the pus, cholesterol, and female hormones, just because there's a little less than there could be.

No I'm gonna go drink so bleach. It's okay tho because I'm only drinking a little bleach.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples Yeah, and apple seeds contain arsenic which will turn you into a mentally challenged adult, non-organic strawberries are the "dirtiest" fruit in the food supply, and filtered skim milk is a good source of protein... and I lift weights.
@MarkPaul Okay well most people don't eat apples seeds when they eat apples.

It doesn't matter that you lift weights lol, stop attempting to flex, I don't even see you.

Strawberries don't kill as many people as animal products do.

And you can get protein from plenty of shit besides milk. Again dumbass, you aren't a baby cow.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples The cows that produce the milk I drink eat grass. They are out in the open all day long on an open pasture. Milk is part of my work-out regimen diet. I'm an athlete.
@MarkPaulYou repeating the same thing over and over doesn't make your argument any better. Milk isn't for you, it's for calves. You aren't a calf. Other things have protein. If humans needed milk to live then humans wouldn't be alive anymore because we would of died a long time ago. I don't care that you think your muscles are big and have a low self esteem, stop being that up, it doesn't matter.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@melikeapples OMG. I'm all about my workouts. The cows are not being harmed. They are on a family farm and well-treated. Milk is a high quality protein that humans have been digesting for centuries. I believe in animal rights, so you are barking up the wrong tree here. And, I'm not showing off my muscles. I told you... I'm an athlete and milk is an important part of my diet. Soy doesn't cut it.
