If you're vegan

Do you prefer food that can normally be eaten vegan like salads, rice, or hummus... Or imitating meats and dairy products like vegan burgers, cheese, or nuggets?

I've realized that vegan meats make me feel nausea 🥵 could be due to absorbing oils.
I like raw food that can be eaten without frying.
I also avoid eating canned foods.
It's like when i switched to vegan i became so sensitive to bad food.
How about you? Have you experienced something similar?
(non vegans don't advise me to switch to eating meat bcz that's not on the list 😬i don't crave dead meat that makes your house and mouth smell like 💩 for days)

You probably just don't have enough enzymes to digest all the beans yet. That'll resolve itself naturally if you keep eating vegan foods.
I eat a mix of both. Plants are a lot of work to prepare whole hearty meals with and 1) I don't have time for all that and 2) I hate cooking. The only things that upsets my stomach are very spicy or acidic foods, but I'm addicted. 😅

@Nadie what do you eat then?

@Nadie yea but i mean when you don't have time and feel like cooking 😬

I eat all the imitation stuff, mixed with fruit and veg. Basically dishes that most meat-eaters might consume, just without all the suffering involved with meat.

The imitation meat stuff is have a load of ingredients in them though - there might be an ingredient with which your body isn't agreeable?

I'm not vegan but I guess you get nauseous because a lot of vegan foods have a lot of soy in it and it's also very processed. Vegan foods are a hit or miss for me, it's either good or disgusting. I always look out for the ingredients before I buy it.

@Chickie awh don't, eggs r really bad. I used to eat it to build muscles but it didn't do shit. Spinach is way stronger.

@Hassan its not impossible that the more you eat well, the more you become intolerant to unhealthy foods, if a super healthy person (not an athlete) eats 4000 calories and drinks 26oz of vodka, he'll probably be very sick, maybe even need to go to the hospital but many people with very unhealthy lifestyles do that every day. frying certainly degenerates oil. oil is more healthy when its fresh. which brings me to my main concern : what are your sources of healthy fats? is it just frying that you don't like or its fat and oils in general ? because healthy fat is an essential macronutrient.
