I switched to vegetarian in May rather abruptly, and kinda just minimized milk and egg consumption until this September, when I actually became vegan. The only hard parts are living on a campus with few vegan options and having a non-vegan family.
I’ve been vegan since September of this year. The thing I missed most is probably wings. But after the first month I didn’t crave cheese or milk or meat anymore. Plus I’ve lost weight and feel the best that I ever have in a long time
