I Am a Vegan

Did you switch suddenly to veganism or did you gradually change? What was the most difficult part of changing? With me, I missed eggs at first.

I switched to vegetarian in May rather abruptly, and kinda just minimized milk and egg consumption until this September, when I actually became vegan. The only hard parts are living on a campus with few vegan options and having a non-vegan family.
