I Am a Vegan

Did you switch suddenly to veganism or did you gradually change? What was the most difficult part of changing? With me, I missed eggs at first.

I can't go vegan because of eggs and honey. Everything else I'm pretty much vegan.

@jackieash Weekday vegetarian. I still slip sometimes and eat sushi, but no more than once every other week.
