Do you like drinking tea before bed?

Tea is a morning thing for me. It makes me have to go to the bathroom, so not a good idea right before bed.

not too close to bedtime - bladder ain't what it used to be

Not too late as it keeps me awake.

They still have caffeine. But these days i kinda am getting relaxed drinking cocktail with 3% alchol before bed.

Sometimes. Other times I drink it at work to stay awake.

Not immediately before bed. But in the evenings, cinnamon tea is nice.
