No. Every employer should let their staff organise, especially those on close to minimum wage. The only power the people have is to collaborate to negotiate good conditions of work including appeal and complaints. Unions are not just there to negotiate pay rises. The laws in the US need to be in favour of such employers allowing their people to organise.

I guess they are okay, but I can make the same drinks (often much better drinks) at home and for less than half the price. Haven't been to a Starbucks in years.

Costa is the best and only place for good coffee, but it isn't as good as it use to be when Whitbread had it.
