@swirlie Family and class are two very different things, a family is a more specifically defined taxonomic category of life than a class. This is also to say nothing of how great the distinction between a squid and an octopus really is. To give you an example of how different, mammalia is a class like cephalopoda but I don't think you'd ever say a human is the same "family" as a rat
