What are recipes using hamburger you enjoy?

I'm thinking of doing Sloppy Joe but I wonder other ideas too 🙂

Shepards pie Brown hamburger add any veggies you want cover with mashed potatoes in oven foe 20 or 30 min last minute or 2 under broiler.
