What are recipes using hamburger you enjoy?

I'm thinking of doing Sloppy Joe but I wonder other ideas too 🙂

Spicy mexican casserole. It's like tater tot casserole only tweaked with some taco seasoning, rotel,and corn. Beef is the main ingredient.

@Coralmist Yep. Sometimes I bake it with Doritos on top for a crispy slice of heaven.
