What is your favorite way to cook lamb chops? Simple and tasty!

An underappreciated meat in the United States! I used to brush the chops with A-1 sauce, and broil them. Best served medium rare!

I oven-roast them with just sea salt and pepper, serve drizzled in red wine reduction sauce 😋
