What is your favorite way to cook lamb chops? Simple and tasty!

An underappreciated meat in the United States! I used to brush the chops with A-1 sauce, and broil them. Best served medium rare!

I love lamb chops, on the grill, but unfortunately i haven't cooked them in years, wife is in a nursing home, just don't feel like, but they are great
