What is your favorite way to cook lamb chops? Simple and tasty!
An underappreciated meat in the United States! I used to brush the chops with A-1 sauce, and broil them. Best served medium rare!

@Lillybee17 if you ever get a chance, try the grass fed lamb imported from New Zealand. Not at all gamey. Nothing like the lamb raised in confinement in the US.
