Tried a new salad
I'm sharing the recipe in case you are bored of the same salad and want to try something new. At first it sounds strange but i think it taste good.
You'll need to serve 2 (will hold for 2-3 days)
320kcal+ protein of your choice
1 green apple,finely sliced
1/2 cucumber
2 sticks celery,finely diced
1/2 red onion,finely sliced(left it out,still tasted good)
30g walnut halves
60g blue cheese
1 lemon juice
1 heaped tsp whole grain mustard
1 heaped tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp honey
200-250g cooked protein of your choice
Crush the walnuts and toast in a dry frying pan over medium heat.
Crumble blue cheese.in a bowl. Add honey,lemon juice,mustard yoghurt,salt and pepper.
Toss the celery,cucumber,red onion,apple and walnuts into the dressing until well coated.
