Beef pie…….

I’v got some diced topside of beef from the supermarket and looking to make a pie from it. But I’ve looked online and most of the recipes are saying use braising steak. Is top side of beef still a good option to use in a pie?

Yes. Fine. Just stew it slow first (that applies to any meat, in case you are a beginner at this.)😷

Slow cook it first and it will be fine. Would make a lovely steak ale pie! 😋

Should be fine, like others said slow cook and you'll be good :)

Of course. It is just too high quality. Topside can be roasted pink.
