MY secret is [i]smoked [/i]sharp cheddar and [i]smoked [/i]paprika 😋

@iamnikki Smoked cheddar has a weird thing that it doesn't melt proper because of the smoking process, at least not the kraft and other brands.

@NativePortlander1970 so my recipe calls for it to be the "topper" cheese. I grate some and sprinkle it on the top.
