Untitled Soup...Almost entirely made from Canned Items

No photo available. This was an attempt to use ingredients I had on hand to make a "sort of" Italian style Tuscan soup. All cans are 15 1/2 oz.

2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can turkey seasoned Collard greens, undrained
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 can white cannellini beans, undrained
1 can chicken broth

1/2 large stick pepperoni, peeled and sliced, and slices cut in half.
16 oz milk
1/8 cup Knorr chicken bouillon powder
dash Cayenne pepper.

Stir canned items well, and begin to heat just the canned items on medium heat while making sure the beans don't stick to the bottom of the pan. When the soup begins to bubble on top, add the remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low, until soup bubbles again, making sure the beans don't stick to the bottom of the pan.

Looks good. Reminds of a restaurant chain that no longer exist called Sweet Tomato. It was a soup and salad place with great soups.

We do our own veggie soup with canned tomato or tomato basil as a base with sauteed sweet peppers and onions added, and pre-boiled or microwaved carrots and celery.

I had to stop using canned soups about 14 years ago after noticing I have heart palpitations, it has a lot of monosodium glutamate in it.

I could do with a boul of that today 😊

@antonioio I plan to make it again this week! This time I bought baby Portobello sliced mushrooms and I plan to cook them in liquid first, before adding the rest of the soup ingredients!
How did it turn out?

@Sojournersoul It was so good I decided to put the recipe up here, to share!
