First, it has to be King or Coho, wild-caught, and if anything, marinate it in an Asian inspired (I have a recipe I use), then grilled on a cedar plank and served with garlic (chunky) mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.
Sorry, no spinach or tomatoes... also be careful you don't let them thar Canadians try to tell you their salmon is better than wild-caught Alaskan. That's pure Blasphemy! 馃ぃ
