First, it has to be King or Coho, wild-caught, and if anything, marinate it in an Asian inspired (I have a recipe I use), then grilled on a cedar plank and served with garlic (chunky) mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.

My comfort food meal is a fillet of salmon sauteed in lots of butter, and I use the butter from the salmon to make mashed potatoes. I also have steamed broccoli.
