Bexsy the chipotle soup is one of my devising....you get a big bag of frozen mixed veggies, pour them in a tall tall pot with 2 boxes of real chicken broth and a little knorr chicken broth powder. Along with that, you get fresh..and it MUST be fresh from the produce aisle..serrano or jalapeno salsa, 2 containers abt 8 oz each. also nab fresh cilantro and an italian and herb rotisserie chicken. go to the canned salsa aisle now and get chipotles in a little bag of their own juice, as well as pickled jalapenos (just spicy enough, but not too). chop up your chipotles and pour them, juice and all, in with the pot. chop up maybe 4 jalapenos and put them in...cook it on high about 45 mins or so, until the green beans and peas are floating. ladle it into your bowl, put mexican cheese on top, some heb jalapeno dorito chips, cilantro, chopped avocado if you want, and a smattering of tony chachere's cajun seasoning..et voila!! best thing everrr...and it freezesss
