Not Even the Slightest Bit Homemade Cream of Many Things Soup

No photo available. In a 3 quart saucepan, place:

1/2 can of Spam or canned luncheon meat, fried and then cubed.
2 (15 oz)cans concentrated cream of mushroom soup
2 (15 oz) soup cans filled with 1 percent milk
2/3 package (about 2/3 lb) frozen cubed potatoes
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
(Optional) 1 cup frozen cubed carrots. (I decided to omit them so the soup would look green in honor of St. Patrick's day).

Heat slowly on medium low heat, stirring frequently so it won't burn. When frozen veggies begin to thaw, cover the pot and allow the soup to come to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes on low.

Serves 8

This is a lovely LOOKING soup, and tastes wonderful as well. Creamy white with tiny dots of green broccoli floret all through it...it just seemed suitable for Saint Patty's day.
