Corned beef hash

We have a severe weather warning and it's just started snowing. It's just the night for stodgy comfort food. My gran used to make this and everyone loves it 😊

Fry up two large onions, cover the onions with sliced corned beef and canned baked beans, then a good layer of mashed potatoes and finally, top with grated cheese.

Steak, provolone, tomatoes, french fries, and cole slaw with a fried egg on top!

@RedBaron I can't get through the concept of steak with cheese, my head just rejects the idea. The sandwich does look good though. Enjoy x 😊

They offer the same sandwich with lots of options other than steak, including Pittsburgh cheesesteak, pastrami, corned beef, turkey breast, black beans, and a “Pitts-burger,” the most popular.

@StrictSouthernHOH peanut butter and jam is a crime that should be legislated against. Peanut butter and chocolate always works but then I haven't found much that doesn't work with chocolate 🤣
