Fry up two large onions, cover the onions with sliced corned beef and canned baked beans, then a good layer of mashed potatoes and finally, top with grated cheese.

Such an English dish that one. Love it, except I am not big on corned beef. For me it鈥檚 just stringy, bad meat. Each to their own. I鈥檇 be happy to have a vege version. 馃槈
@Raymuundo this is the only dish I would eat corned beef in. I don't know what you could substitute it with to make it vegetarian, maybe a nice vegetarian sausage. I often use Linda McCartney red onion and Rosemary sausages in casseroles etc, maybe they would work in this.
