Fry up two large onions, cover the onions with sliced corned beef and canned baked beans, then a good layer of mashed potatoes and finally, top with grated cheese.

So is this like, "traditional" corned beef hash or a regional/family recipe?
I've heard people talk about it a lot but I've never actually seen it, tried it or looked it up... I literally thought it was chopped up corned beef and nothing else 😅
