Do you have a favorite fall/winter recipe?

This is one of my easy, go-to recipes for fall and winter. It's one I found online several years ago and altered to make it my own. Takes about 45 minutes from start to serve, and is even better the next day.

Post yours so we can have an SW Fall/Winter Recipe thread.

A dessert, not actual food, but
Rhubarb soup

Diced rhubarb (about a handful per serving)
Just enough water to cover the rhubarb
Boil until it's no longer chunks
Add sugar and cinnamon to taste

That's it. You can also add raisins, strawberries, and/or prunes if you like.

@BarbossasHusband That reminds me of the rhubarb bread my Aunt used to make. And, desserts are food too! 🤣

Just had a thought - if you add the raisins and strawberries, it would make a great filling for a pie.
