alfredo sauce is easy. melt Butter and add flour. cook a bit and add cold milk to make sauce.
Add parmesan cheese. Pour on cooked noodles.
Add cooked shrimp if desired. Broccoli is good on it.

cold noodle vietnamese salad with pork, vegetables, and peanuts. usually made with vermicelli noodles but good with any noodles. 😋 all you have to do is chop veggies and cook some pork meat.
