I made raw cookie dough to eat.

I found a recipe specifically for the job, wanted something to replace my hot cocoa addiction. The recipe called for chocolate chips, but I didn't add them because I want to be able to eat it at night without being kept up. Do you know you have to cure raw flour with heat in order to safely consume it? I didn't until today.

I also found a cool recipe for sugar-free cookie dough and I'd love to have that as a casual snack that I don't have to worry about so much. I ordered some of the ingredients online and they'll be here by next Wednesday. Might end up really needing a low-carb diet, so I'm glad I'm working out good snacks for that.
yeah you can somehow get salmonella from raw flour 🤷 I only know about this from looking up recipes for play dough
You can look up 'cake in a cup' recipes online , and substitute unhealthy ingredients for better ones if you cant find a vegan or vegetarian recipe.

I shouldn't eat wheat, so i use coconut or some other flour....and often honey.

There is something indulgent about cookie and cake mixture before its cooked .
As kids we loved when my mum would let us clean out the mixing bowl, or let us nab a piece of raw cookie dough .

I use these 'cake in a cup' recipes as a substitute.

Im never going to make full cakes or batches of cookies now tjat my family has grown up....but they are yummy to make (not cook), and sit there eat with a spoon while watching a movie.

It can host E.coli but I ain't that worried about. You're technically pastuerizing it though not curing it.
