Winter Warmer Pumpkin Bisque

In a 2 quart blender, combine 1 can pumpkin (15 oz).
2 cups creamy coconut milk
2 cups organic chicken broth
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp hot Mexican chili powder
1/2 tsp salt

Blend thoroughly. Heat on low heat 15 minutes, stir well, and serve.
This is an insides-warming comfort soup. The mild spice warms you as the creamy bisque coats your tummy.

@Soossie Surprisingly good. I love thick creamy bisques but I can't eat dairy any more, and this doesn't need dairy.
