Without the slightest sarcasm or exaggeration.. I have to say.. 3 years living in Canada, I have been saying the word I am sorry way too often

It is like I barely touch a person while walking and I am like I AM SORRY! Today I was talking to one of our US colleagues and I really don’t know why I felt the need to apologize constantly before asking one more question.. I am sorry, I just have another question!! And he was like, no your good, while a bit weirded out (can’t blame him, the old me would be weirded out too!)

This is really bad! I am a potato god (soon to be) for potato god sake! 🥔😡
