Broken parents raise broken children? That’s how I feel sometimes, BROKEN.

No one is taught how to parent. We do the best with the knowledge we have. Looking back I’ve made so mistakes and there are things I would change if I could but hindsight is a beautiful but dangerous thing. It’s best not to dwell on the past but use it to make improvements for the future.

I don`t think you`re broken per se, you have proven you can move forward and have done so. I know it`s easy for me to sit here and say, don`t dwell on the past. This is you life now, you build it as you see fit. 🤗

It does seem to happen in cycles, but cycles can be broken.
