Broken parents raise broken children? That’s how I feel sometimes, BROKEN.

My mother was broken too. Married young. Married an asshole and moved away from family. She raised broken children because she was broken too and never learned parenting

No one is taught how to parent. We do the best with the knowledge we have. Looking back I’ve made so mistakes and there are things I would change if I could but hindsight is a beautiful but dangerous thing. It’s best not to dwell on the past but use it to make improvements for the future.
