Burn or scratch? Why not just let it cool a little? I am not Italian, but have eaten pizza by hand all my life.

@samueltyler2 It's very tricky. It seems to be colder than it really is. 😒 I never burnt my mouth using cutlery when eating pizza. I can test the temperature much better that way.

@CrazyMusicLover I think pizza was invented to be a street food, to be sort of rolled at the top and eaten without cutlery. Some restaurants serve it more like a course to be eaten with a knife and furk n

@samueltyler2 People don't really do that here. At least I didn't notice anyone would roll them. But it makes sense, that way you don't bite into the hot cheese and toppings.
