Went out for pizza tonight and I wasn't happy. What are your thoughts on this?

Half the toppings seem to be missing. When I said something they didn't see a problem. What are your thoughts on this? Would you accept it?

@Lilnonames It was a mom and pop. This is their only location. The head waitress talked to them and got me 40% off.
