@Stereoguy No Mexican food, no pizza, no lasagna, basically no Italian food, no ice cream...cheese used to be my favorite food group...😢

@Stereoguy Yup, I was pretty sad, too...for two years...because I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Now I am just grateful that I know what caused such an extended illness, and I am so happy that I can eat more things now. For a long while I was living on rice cakes.

@Stereoguy I found out that they come in flavors...tomato basil!!! When you can't eat Doritos...they are pretty good. When I got divorced and moved to Michigan I was living on Gorton's frozen fish dinners, frozen creamed spinach, sweet tea, and Doritos...🤫

@Stereoguy 🤐 My lips are sealed...😂. I couldn't eat that stuff now...but I always liked Stouffers family size mac and cheese...😊

@Stereoguy That's a sweet memory. We had Digorno pizza with my nieces and nephews a couple weeks ago. We added stuff too. Good stuff.

@Stereoguy Four words: Chinese delivery and netflix...😊 Some Chinese foods are naturally low in calories...lots of veggies, etc.

@Stereoguy I figured out how to make a good stir fry. I'll write it down the next time I do it...smells wonderful when it's cooking, and it's just chicken and veggies.
