time for me to go Foraging around again , i didn't bother friday cause garbage pickup was then , its 0 C outside so not so bad and its not raining ,

one day i'd like Video my Foraging walkabouts with a head cam or something live with mic , hi its me FurryFace and here i am at this Garbage Dumpster ooOoo look at all these big green bags , smiles for the camera , lets open this one and see whats inside , wow ! lucky me its a Party bag ! lots of 20 cent beer cans pizza boxes and cig butts and roaches , that means joints for me later on , and OMG ! Gheese Cake ! ha ha and a laptop ! ok i'm dreaming now

@FurryFace They got those grabber sticks like handicapped and older people use. I use a magnet stick for when I walk and find nails and screws in the road, I pick them up and throw em away.

@cherokeepatti i'd like a telescopic hook stick for easy carrying , it sticks out like 8 inches from my carry bag , its about 2ft long

@FurryFace the magnet stick I have now is telescoping. I used to carry a wooden dowel rod with a magnet glued on the end.

@cherokeepatti magnets wouldn't help me here but this hook works great for fishing up cans by the open lip and bringing bags closer to me

@FurryFace A guy I knew at work made one by putting a large nail through the end of a stick and it was at an angle, worked pretty good for his needs.
