Making an Italian feast today

Homemade sauce that is gonna be simmering for 2 hrs. Angel hair pasta, al dente. Browned Italian Garlic and Fennel sausage. Fresh grated Parmesan.

Kalamata olive bread, with fresh homemade garlic butter, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, basil leaf, and balsamic vinegar.

Roommate is home so IDK if he'll tolerate me watching my Mafia movies (I watch them so often he gets sick of it), but we'll see. 😞
