Super Easy Almost Homemade Cheesy Rotini: $1.81 per serving

BECAUSE there is so much cheese, this is a great protein dish. AND kids will love it.

1 lb rotini, cooked according to package directions
2 jars Classico pasta sauce
2/3 (22 oz) package Great Lakes shredded Mexican Cheese blend, ( mozzarella and cheddar)
Non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spray a 14 x10" casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cook rotini according to package directions, drain, and then add 2 jars Classico pasta sauce and stir well. Pour pasta and sauce into casserole dish, spread evenly, and then cover with cheese.

This is a LOT of cheese. Use the entire recipe amount. Spread evenly over the top of the rotini.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until cheese has browned.

Serves 12

It is good you had shared a cheese making recipe , very few people make useful posts here .

Although it is very big if it serves 12 people at a time it .

@Max41 The week before Thanksgiving, I made the full casserole and ate it all week long...freed up my time to do preparation work for Thanksgiving! At $1.81 per serving, this is a great option for families with picky children...or simply cut the recipe in half and feed 1 or 2 for dinner, and lunch the next day.
