What's for breakfast?

I made pancakes - apples pureed and used instead of an egg for the batter and of course, Maple syrup. Delicious! I don't often make pancakes, and when I do, I make half a recipe and then make just two large pancakes. One for immediate consumption and one I put in the fridge for tomorrow's breakfast.

@Matt85 No, but I do make many vegan dishes. My ex was a vegan and since we still pal around, go out to eat, have each other's backs, etc., I still make and eat many vegan foods.

Many of them are delicious and quite healthy.
