I didn't have Turkey today for my christmas dinner! 😮😮

I found this amazing recipe and this year the turkey tasted really good...
Not dry nor bland. The gravy was such a fantastic compliment to it too.

I buy a small Turkey Ham which is delicious and juicy. We also made curry oxtails.
