I found this amazing recipe and this year the turkey tasted really good...

@JediKnight81 🤔maybe turkey is the tradition meat eaten for christmas day dinner but it is not written in stone you do especially if you have your reasons as you do

I buy a small Turkey Ham which is delicious and juicy. We also made curry oxtails.
