Summary:

1. The Tuft School of nutrition released a scoring system for food that said that fruit loops was healthier than eggs. The Tuft school of public policy takes donations from Kraft, General Mills and Post Cereals, they get very large annual checks to say fruit loops is more healthier than eggs and butter. They are dictating what is healthy or not in the food system.

2. There is no data that PCSK9 inhibitors reverse plague, there was a group who went back to comb over the data and they had to take these companies to court in order to get the data using the freedom of information act. Found that there were a lot of deaths attributed incorrectly to be cardiovascular deaths.

Oh and the study around the use of cholesterol lowering medications was funded by the very company that made them. There have been no independent studies that show any benefit of these medications. The measure of success is if they lower cholesterol or not, the outcomes are not studied, just the effect.

We know that medications that benefit cardiovascular health vs. mask the symptoms are two different things yet we will label it the same thing, that if it lowers cholesterol it must therefore benefit cardiovascular health. Which is untrue.

Also people with lower cholesterol are more likely to get higher mortality rates because it regulates a lot of things in the body like hormones so by drastically reducing cholesterol, it can have the opposite effect.

Younger men on these medications have [b]lower testosterone[/b] which affects every part of their life.

3. Hazard Ratios for Heart Disease graph, insulin resistance is part of the vast majority of heart disease rather than eating Lucky Charms and thinking it's good for your heart.

4. It is not unusual for Phillip Ovadia to be operating on people in their 40s so since he has been in practice for 20 years he used to operate on people in their 70s/80s but now it's younger and younger. This is because of insulin resistance.

I don't know Froot Loops might be healthier since most cereals are fortified so like if you ate strictly one or the other you might last longer on the cereal. That's pretty much been their only way of avoiding the chopping block for as long as they have

@Jackaloftheazuresand There's been studies on cereal grains associated with higher risks of all cause mortality issues because they're refined. Also most grains have phytic acid which leeches off of fat soluble vitamins.

Eggs are a natural multivitamin. They just are trying to say cholesterol is bad but it's not, you need it to make hormones. Too low cholesterol levels leads to loss of testosterone in men.
