What do you think of the infamous McDonald’s “no quit policy”?

Where apparently they don’t allow a worker to quit until they’ve spoken to a manager or regional supervisor.

When I managed a restaurant in 1977-78, I found a copy of McDonald's management guidelines. The one thing I remember was don't fire a teenager just because they don't show up for work. They have more important things to do.

@hunkalove They were right. School work and developing social intelligence is far more important than serving burgers.

@GlitterEater I think it has more to do with your right to party!
