I made egg masala fry (with rice). It’s an Indian dish.
It’s made of boiled eggs, red and white onions and white rice, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and some cilantro. It’s freaking delicious. I have it at least once a week.
I'm curious. How did you cook the rice? Did you add turmeric and chili powder to the water while it was cooking? Also, it looks like the rice is fried, isn't it?

@SW-User Nope, just boiled rice then added in with the onions toward the end
