People who don't tip just because they like to piss off service workers are the same people who buy a dog and keep it chained up outside all the time

They've never worked food service. And they never learned to not mess with anyone who has access to their food or drink.

In the western world, tipping is a compliment, whereas in Japan, tipping is considered an insult.

Pissing off service workers seems *very* counter-productive.

I like the European way where tips are included. Why should I pay the cost of operation for a business through a tip? I do anyway and I always tip high no matter the service.
