@popmol In America we have a whole commerce that is a gratuity based income. It's our Custom to tip 20% of the bill. If I am blessed to be able to be in a position to dine out or be served in a any capacity, I feel it's only Right that the server be tipped for their services to me.
@popmol they are paid to scale of their service. If they host 30 people and work that head, they should be paid accordingly. You and I will not agree on this, I can see.
