I was in Bali a few months ago. I enjoyed all the spicy dishes. That was my one of the reasons for the trip - the food!

Not actually crazy, no...so I would not like 5 Alarm chili, but I do like restrained spiciness. I used to put 5 dots of Sriracha hot sauce on 5 bread and butter pickle chips on top of a hamburger. That's about my level.
