I love a grilled cheese on sourdough with ham and tomato. As a kid growing up in 1970s New England, my favorite lunch was grilled cheese, tomato soup and some Fritos!

Sounds weird but sprinkle some finely sliced onions on the grilled cheese before cooking. And also add bacon. 😌
