Which one would you go for?

Cafes never make them as good as home made. A cheesy melt or crispy bacon toastie?

Why not combine them for a bacon and cheese toastie. Add a little white pepper and HP sauce.

@mossyboots works for me. Even add a dash of Worcestershire Sauce as the cheese is melting.
